The equipment for the new bulk cargo terminal, which was produced by the Chinese company, CNBM, was delivered to the port of Ploče. With the new equipment being set into function, the terminal will have an annual transfer capacity of 4.6 million tons in the first phase, with a maximum capacity of 6 million tons per year. In this way the Port of Ploče has begun to position itself as a significant port in the region for this category of cargoes.
